Job summary

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support our Hand Surgeon in providing comprehensive orthopedic care, including assessments, injections, wound care, and perioperative support.

The role requires licensure as an Advanced Practitioner and completion of a PA/NP program. Travel within the community, rounds, and after-hours coverage are typical aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BSN and completion of an approved PA/NP program.
• Current Advanced Practitioner license.
• Orthopedics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status and determine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Provide acute and chronic patient care including histories, physicals, injections, suturing, and medication administration.
• Triages calls, responds to emergencies, and participates in rounds.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to manage patient care.
• Document patient information in the medical record and ensure confidentiality.
