Ortho Northeast (ONE) Fort Wayne, IN is recruiting a fellowship-trained Hand Surgeon to join a large, physician-led practice. The role offers instant volume in a pure hand surgery setting with no dedicated hand call and a clear path to full partnership and ownership.

You will work with a dedicated PA, nurses, a scribe, and an experienced team, with access to multiple ORs and ambulatory centers, in a collaborative environment focused on subspecialized care.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in hand surgery (ACGME accredited).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Provide pure hand surgery care with potential to expand to upper-extremity as desired.
• Work within a physician-led, private-practice infrastructure with efficient scheduling and dedicated support staff.
