Job summary

Grand Strand Medical Center, part of Grand Strand Health, located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, seeks an Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join a well-established team. The candidate should be board eligible or board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and must have or be able to obtain a South Carolina medical license.

Fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery is required. Join a thriving practice with a high volume of long bone, periarticular, and pelvic/acetabular trauma.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Must have an active South Carolina medical license or be able to obtain an active South Carolina medical license prior to starting.
• Must be Fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery.
• Join a thriving practice with a high volume of long bone, periarticular, and pelvic/acetebular trauma.
• Call frequency: 10 shifts/month first year, 6 shifts/month after.
• Advanced Practice Provider support within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-established group in Myrtle Beach, SC.
• Support the hand surgery team with a high-volume trauma practice.
