The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, Penn Medicine, is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor in the non-tenure academic clinician track with expertise in hand and reconstructive microsurgery. Philadelphia, PA.

Candidates must hold an MD or MD/PhD, be board eligible or certified in Orthopaedic Surgery or Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and fellowship training in Reconstructive Microvascular Surgery is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD degree required.
• Board eligible or board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery or Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Fellowship in Reconstructive Microvascular Surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaching medical students, residents and fellows in hand reconstructive microsurgery.
• Provide Hand and Reconstructive Microvascular Surgery care at Penn Medicine facilities and participate in on-call duties.
