Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking a CDL A switcher driver for local home-daily routes in Flint, MI. Shifts run 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, increasing to $22.50/hour with experience.

Benefits begin after 90 days, including BCBS medical/dental/vision, union benefits, PTO and 401K. Applicants should have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record. No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years, and no more than two moving violations or preventable

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Local home-daily routes.
• Clean driving record as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A switcher for local routes in Flint, MI.
• Maintain safety and compliance on all deliveries.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues.
