Job summary

Fresh Mark is hiring Ham Packaging Team Members for both 1st and 2nd Shift at our Salem, Ohio facility. No prior food manufacturing experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

As a Ham Packaging Team Member, you will package, inspect, label, sort and prepare ham products for distribution, upholding food safety, quality and production goals. Starting pay is $15.00/hour on 1st shift and $16.50/hour on 2nd shift, with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• No previous food manufacturing experience is required.
• Pre-employment drug testing required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Package, wrap, seal, and prepare ham products for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, weight, and specification compliance.
• Weigh and label products accurately and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate or assist with packaging equipment and production machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and company procedures.
