WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Our Part-Time Sales Associates bring our mission to life in the store. They are the face of the Hallmark brand to customers and are vital to our success, engaging with shoppers to help them find and build the perfect card and gift solutions for various occasions.

THE PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that leaves guests feeling inspired and eager to return.
• Making product recommendations that meet customer needs.
• Working as a team to achieve store goals.
• Performing store operational tasks such as setting displays, stocking, preparing online orders, cashiering, etc.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

Basic Qualifications

• At least 16 years old and able to meet work permit requirements if applicable.
• Flexible schedule availability, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk continuously; push/pull frequently; bend, stoop, crawl, reach above shoulders, kneel; climb ladders; and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with effective communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
