Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cosmetology school.
• 1–3 years of stylist experience.
• Cosmetology license in the state of work.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Keeps up to date on certifications and trends.
• Maintains salon work stations to Life Time standards.
