GG Cut N Styles in Schertz, TX is seeking experienced hairstylists and cosmetologists who are committed to learning and maintaining a clean, professional environment. This commission-only role offers a starting pay of $10 per hour and opportunities to grow with client-focused styling and color services.

You will cut, color (balayage/ombré), consult with clients, manage front-desk tasks, and upsell retail products while ensuring stellar service and sanitation in a busy salon setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of color theory principles to create vibrant or subtle color transformations tailored to each client.
• Skilled in advanced services such as hair color, cuts, and razor shaves.
• Familiarity with salon management for scheduling and retail operations.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience in retail sales with an understanding of retail math to maximize revenue opportunities through upselling.
• Certification in Cosmetology as required by state licensing laws; additional training in nail care or makeup application is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism.
