Role Description This full-time Hairstylist role is a hybrid position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home tasks acceptable when suitable (such as virtual consultations or scheduling support). Day-to-day responsibilities include cutting, coloring, styling, and treating hair according to client preferences and salon standards. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate styles and treatments, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. Additional tasks include supporting retail product recommendations, collaborating with other salon professionals, and providing a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Hair Styling skills, including cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of Cosmetology principles and best practices, with appropriate training or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Proficiency in Hair Care, including treatment selection, product usage, and maintenance guidance for diverse hair types.
