Job summary

MAIR BEAUTY is seeking independent contractor hair stylists to provide on-site services at client homes and luxury hotels in Miami Beach and South Beach. You will join our roster and be paid per job, with the freedom to set your own rate above our floor.

Clients you have worked with remain yours, and there is no exclusivity or minimum commitment. We require an active Florida cosmetology license, a professional liability insurance certificate, a portfolio of work, and your own kit with reliable

Hair Stylist, Independent Contractor Miami Beach, FL

On-site at client homes and hotels

Mair is a beauty agency in Miami. We arrange specialists for private clients in South Beach and Miami Beach, and we place crews for brands, productions and press days. We're adding hair stylists now.

THE TERMS

• You set your own rate above our floor, and that's what you're paid every time
• Our fee is charged to the client on top of your rate, so nothing comes out of what you earn
• Your tips are yours
• No joining fee, no exclusivity and no minimum
• The clients you already have stay yours

HOW THE WORK COMES TO YOU

• You'll see the date, address, call time and rate before you say yes
• You can decline any job, and it costs you nothing
• On brand and production days, your name goes on the call sheet
• We add you to our roster once we've placed you

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• An active Florida cosmetology license, which we check against state records
• A certificate of professional liability insurance
• A profile photo and images of your work
• Your own kit and a reliable way to get to Miami Beach
