The position offers up to $35 per hour with full-time and part-time options, plus health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Training provided with hands-on advanced cutting and color classes.
• Paid training of 50+ hours within the first 3 months.
• Ongoing education to grow skills and advance in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform cuts, coloring, waxing and treatments for clients.
• Deliver friendly service and guidance to clients, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high-energy, supportive salon environment.
