This includes our base wage $16/hour, tips, bonus structure and other incentives! Average tips $5-7/customer, potential monthly bonus $100-150, and a 15% incentive on product sales.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
