Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Stylist to consult with guests on hair care, perform a wide range of styling services, and recommend products to create total-look results. The role emphasizes guest service, service sales, and adherence to in-store procedures.

The position requires a Cosmetology license and prior salon experience is preferred; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficient in haircutting, coloring, styling and makeup applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling and extensions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Support EM and ASM through focus on performance, guest service, and processes.
