• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events and promotions for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and compliance with procedures.
