Job summary

SMARTSTYLE SALON is seeking a Hair Stylist / Designer. Full-Time or Part-Time roles are available at the Walmart-embedded salon. You will deliver guest-focused services, including cuts, color, and texture work, while using our modern tools, receiving ongoing training and career development.

This position requires a valid cosmetology license, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and comfort with salon tech and basic admin tasks. Growth paths include leadership roles and team-based recognition.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• You’ll provide exceptional guest service, understand each guest’s needs, provide consultations, and perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner.
