JCPenney Salon in El Paso, TX seeks qualified beauty professionals to join a team delivering the latest cuts, finishes, and top chemical services while building lasting client relationships.

We offer flexible scheduling, 50-70% commission on service sales, artistic paid training, 10% retail commission with a service, and up to $1,000 bonus for qualified candidates. Our path includes diverse career options and client-acquisition programs.

Formación

• Must hold a current cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer service; execute work efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• License: You must maintain a current cosmetology license in the state you are applying
