Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetologist or Barber License.
• At least one year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming, particularly haircuts and beard care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction with services.
• Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming and styling per client preferences; include related services.
• Use POS system to add notes in client accounts.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the salon team to achieve performance goals.
