Eighteen Eight Fine Men\'s Salons in Dallas seeks talented Hair Stylists and Barbers to join our team. You will provide handcrafted haircuts, shaves, and styling consultations to help clients look their best. Deliver personalized service and recommend products and hairstyles tailored to each client.

Responsibilities include evaluating face shape and features, performing trims and coloring, and offering a range of styling options from formal to casual. Cosmetology license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and industry best practices
• Skilled at hair coloring, and treatments

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.
• Deliver customized, handcrafted hair cuts
• Apply hair treatment products
• Execute facial hair trims, shaves and skin care services
• Perform hair coloring services and grey blending techniques
• Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual
