Sport Clips Haircuts of Elk Grove Village is seeking enthusiastic hair stylists and cosmetologists passionate about cutting hair and making clients look great. We provide ongoing training so you stay up to date on trends and techniques, with a strong culture and team energy.

Stylists average $26+ an hour (including base pay, tips, incentives & retail commission); our rockstar stylists and cosmetologists earn even more.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois cosmetology or barber license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Passion for the hair industry and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Cut, style, and finish hair for clients as requested.
• Provide a welcoming, high-energy customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with trends.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and client records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Cutting experience in a salon preferred however not required – fresh out of cosmetologist or beauty school or new to men’s haircuts? We will train you!
