Job summary

Blo Blow Dry Bar is seeking a stylist to join our team in a fast-paced salon environment in Franklin, TN. You will learn Blo techniques through hands-on and virtual training and deliver our signature Pink Carpet service from greeting to goodbye to every guest.

You must have an up-to-date cosmetology license (Florida license acceptable if in process) and be available for major holidays. Experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a passion for beauty are essential.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date cosmetology license; Florida license preferred or in process.
• Ability to work holidays (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, NYE).
• Passion for beauty and making clients feel beautiful.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on & virtual training to learn Blo techniques, product knowledge and signature styles.
• Provide each guest with our signature Pink Carpet experience from greeting to goodbye.

You Must Have:

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for Florida (if you're in the process of getting your license, we still want to meet you!)
• The ability to work holidays (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry, and making people feel beautiful
• Salon experience is an asset, but not required
