Compensation & Earning Potential:

• Base Pay: $16.90/hour.
• Total Earning Opportunity: With tips and cutting bonuses, stylists can earn competitive pay ($20-$30+/hour or more) based on performance, experience, and guest volume - in line with or above many local salons.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $500.
• Pay Options: Choose daily pay or weekly pay (every Friday).
