Job summary

The Golden Room Salon in Ohio is seeking an experienced Hair Stylist who can work independently and grow with our team. This is not entry-level; established clientele is a major plus. Hair is our primary focus, with opportunities for nails or lashes if you have experience.

We offer 50/50 commission or hourly pay, keep 100% of tips, retail commission, ongoing education, and growth opportunities. Employee discounts on products and services are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional salon experience preferred.
• Experienced stylists only — no recent cosmetology school graduates.
• Strong haircutting, styling, and color skills.
• Established clientele is a major plus.
• Nail and/or lash experience is a plus.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including cuts, styling, color, highlights, and balayage.
• Conduct consultations and recommend services and products.
• Build strong guest relationships and encourage rebooking.
• Maintain a clean, professional station and follow salon standards.
• Be an active part of a supportive, collaborative team
