Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Stylist to deliver a range of hair services and treatments, enhancing the guest experience at our LifeSpa and Salon. You will educate clients on products and services, promote offerings, and stay updated with industry trends.

The role requires cosmetology licensure, relevant experience, and the ability to handle various hair services while maintaining salon standards. This is a full-time position at our Savage, MN location with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completed Cosmetology school is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist is preferred.
• Cosmetology license in the state where work is performed is required.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
