Job summary

Right at Home in Mercer County, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate hair stylist to serve seniors in multiple communities. You will be comfortable with textured hair and able to cut, color, style, braids, and beard trims as needed.

This position requires a valid NJ Cosmetology license, and involves travel to nearby senior locations. Work roughly three days per week in a caring, pampering environment for older adults.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey Cosmetology License.
• Experience with textured hair is required.
• Comfortable cutting men and women's hair and styling.
• Willingness to travel between senior communities.

Responsibilities

• Shampoo and condition clients.
• Cut and style hair, including blow-outs and roller-set.
• Braiding and color services as needed.
• Men's beard trims and final touches to ensure client comfort.

We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate hair stylist for a Senior Community in the Mercer County Area that has experience working with different hair textures.

In this role, you must feel comfortable doing both men and women's hair and making them feel relaxed and pampered throughout there session.

Should be available to work 3 days per week in multiple Senior Communities and be willing to travel in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Shampoo and Condition
• Cut
• Blow-out
• Style (roller-set)
• Braiding
• Color
• Men's beard trim
