Coz, a boutique hair salon in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, is seeking experienced hairstylists to grow within a modern, supportive environment. You’ll build your own clientele with salon-backed support, enjoy flexible scheduling and a competitive commission/retail structure, and access ongoing education and community engagement opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years behind the chair, a NY cosmetology license, and strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a hairstylist in a salon environment.
• Valid NY cosmetology license.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, color, and styling; ability to consult effectively with clients.
• Client-focused, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage appointments, retail, and client records.

Responsibilities

Position Summary
