You will discuss best options, ensure client satisfaction, and help each guest look and feel great. Responsibilities include evaluating face shape, applying treatments, executing precise cuts and blow-dries, and performing highlights or balayage.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a cosmetology school and hold a Maryland cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices.
• Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques.
• Familiar with a variety of treatment products.
• Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty.
