Job summary

Great Clips in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a licensed cosmetologist or barber to join our salon team. Base pay $15–$16 per hour with bonuses and incentives bringing earnings to $20–$25 plus tips; full-time benefits include ACA health coverage, a 401(k) with 6% match, PTO and paid holidays, plus onboarding and training for all skill levels.

Salon hours are 9–7 Monday–Friday, 8–5 Saturdays, and 9–2 Sundays. A $10,000 incremental sign-on bonus is available for full-time stylists.

We're hiring a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our team! Base pay of $15-16 per hour, bonus and incentives brings earnings to $20-25 plus cash tips! All tips you take home daily! Full-time benefits include ACA compliant health coverage, 401(k) with 6% match, PTO, paid holidays, and personalized onboarding and training for all skill levels!

$10,000 Incremental Sign-On Bonus Available for Full Time Stylists!! Must be flexible for scheduling based on traffic flow. Salon hours are 9-7 M-F, Saturday 8-5, and Sunday 9-2.
