Sharkey's Cuts for Kids in Texas is seeking an experienced children's stylist to cut, wash, blow-dry, and style young clients while ensuring a friendly, comforting visit for both children and parents.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with kids, have 2–3 years of hair styling experience, hold a Texas cosmetology license, and can work Fridays through Sundays. Competitive pay, daily tips, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Texas cosmetology license.
• Two to three years of hair stylist experience.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with children.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at a minimum.
• Warm, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shampoo, blow-dry, and style children's hair.
• Talk with kids and parents to understand what they want and help them feel comfortable.
• Deliver professional, high-quality service.
• Keep your station and the salon clean and welcoming.
• Bring a friendly attitude to a fast-paced team environment.

As a stylist at Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, you'll bring your skills, patience, and upbeat personality to make every visit comfortable and fun for kids and parents. We're looking for an experienced stylist who enjoys working with children, connects easily with families, and takes pride in a great haircut. $25-$35 per hour, Including tips and product sales commissions.
