We’re looking for people who:

• Have an active cosmetology/barber license (or reciprocal license)
• Have a deep love for hair styling trends and cutting‑edge artistry.
• Have leadership experience (preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person)
• Are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute with an optimistic growth mindset.
• Love to mentor up‑and‑coming stylists, lead by example, and collaborate well with others.
• Manage client interactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Are interested in learning key actions for success, like goal setting, training, inventory management, and community outreach.
• Take pride in exceeding cleanliness standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top‑notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands‑on support for your team.
• Learn and grow into leadership responsibilities, including collaborating with ownership on goals, supporting daily operations, and advancing the local reputation of your salon.
• Stay up to date with salon management software and other business applications.
• Develop skills in training, educating, and mentoring stylists over time.
• Ensure salon compliance with company policies as well as local and state regulations.
