Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for cutting, coloring, styling, and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, extensions, and makeup when applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate strong guest service and build lasting guest relationships.
• Support team with product demos and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Attend mandatory trainings for ongoing professional development.
