Job summary

SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart is seeking a Hair Stylist / Hair Designer in Michigan. Requis Salons, the franchisee, offers opportunities to deliver top-tier guest experiences while meeting state licensing requirements and maintaining a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

You’ll perform haircuts, color, highlights, waxing and related services with care, using our tools, techniques, and ongoing training to help guests look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• You’ll provide exceptional guest service, understand each guest’s needs, provide quality consultations, and perform requested services in an efficient and professional manner.
