Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Chicago, IL is seeking a Full-time Hair Barber and Stylist to join our high-energy team. You’ll perform haircuts and grooming, greet clients, and tailor styles to individual preferences while delivering outstanding service.

We offer an uncapped commission from 40% up to 55% or a guaranteed minimum wage, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days for eligible employees, paid time varies with hours worked.

Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $30.25 - $49.25/hour. Plus, eligible employees who meet minimum hours requirements will receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Additional terms may apply.

DAILY WORK:

This full-time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients. Your schedule will be busy, especially during peak times.

As a Hair Barber and Stylist, your day will start with setting up your workstation and checking your appointments. You will greet clients warmly and discuss their preferences for hairstyles. Throughout the day, you will perform haircuts and grooming services, making sure each client leaves happy and confident. You will manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent service in a lively environment. You'll work closely with your teammates, sharing tips and learning from each other. By the end of the day, you will have helped many clients look their best and built connections within the community.
