Responsibilities

• Expertise in core Java concepts.
• Hands-on with shell and Unix scripts.
• Knowledge on crontabs and scheduling cron jobs.
• Understanding of Hadoop or BigData concepts.
• Experience writing MapReduce programs and UDFs.
• Understanding of Hive query language and Pig scripts.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Creating POCs for problems/scenarios.
• Interest in learning new BigData tools/concepts quickly.
