Job summary

A tech solutions company based in Englewood, Colorado is looking for a Design and Solution Architect with expertise in Hadoop. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Hadoop Core components such as HDFS, Pig, and Hive on the HDP platform, along with hands-on skills in JAVA and SQL. You will be responsible for creating strategic visions and developing POCs while working closely with client teams to evolve big data architecture. This role offers the chance to innovate in the big data space.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and solution architecture for Hadoop platforms.
• Strong understanding of HDFS, Pig, Hive on HDP.
• Hands-on experience with JAVA, SQL, Hbase, and Streaming.
• Experience performing POCs and shaping strategic vision for big data.
• Familiarity with analytics tools on Hadoop and client-driven environments.

• Design and Solution Architect experience in Hadoop platforms.
