Description

Serve as a guide to enhance the customer buying experience. Conducts interviews at the customer’s pace, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives. Matches customer needs with model and equipment and presents vehicle in terms of customer’s interest. Offers and accompanies customer(s) on a test drive. Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial propositions, satisfies customer concerns, and completes orders. Conducts delivery process and follows up in a prescribed manner with customers to develop customer loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Complete Ford Certification Process for Sales and Products
  2. Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities and comparing and contrasting competitive models.
  3. Develop buyers by keeping a good rapport with previous and new customers; also, by suggesting trade-ins; responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions
  4. Determine customer needs analysis by understanding their interests and requirements, matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
  5. Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales purchase; explain provisions; offer services; and full delivery of automobile
  6. Perform walk-around on every sale with customers and demonstrate features.
  7. Effectively close sales
  8. Ensure customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork, and manufacturer warranty.
  9. Establish and maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business referrals
  10. Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities
  11. Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
  12. Review sales statistics and use sales objectives to plan more effectively to improve sales.

Requirements

  1. You are at least 21 years old.
  2. You have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  3. You will pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  4. You will undergo a background check.
  5. You understand that the 401K company match has an annual maximum amount.
  6. You understand that earned vacation time is based on the total time of continual employment.
