Job summary

The Caring Heart in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated individual to teach and reinforce individualized daily-living, communication, and community-participation skills for clients in the Phoenix area. Availability to be confirmed.

You will support skill practice at home and in the community, encourage choice and self-direction, and document progress. Collaboration with supervisors and support teams is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete required background, fingerprint, and program screening.
• Ability to learn and follow individualized teaching strategies.
• Clear written documentation and calm communication.
• Completion of assignment-specific training before independent work.
