Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Associate Director to launch and grow a brand-new Habilitation office in Missouri’s Sikeston Region. You will shape culture, operations, and community presence, leading from the Lebanon office initially and then Rolla as the site opens.

You’ll build relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and staff while driving outreach, staffing, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading operations or managing day-to-day business activity.
• Meaningful experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to work onsite 100% of the time.
• Ability to work from Lebanon and transition to Rolla when ready.
• Availability for initial on-call responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel for training and events, including PA and MO.

Responsibilities

• Help launch the new Habilitation office and establish BAYADA as a trusted provider and employer in the Sikeston Region.
• Build relationships with clients, families, referral partners, community organizations, and prospective employees.
• Support local marketing, outreach, and business development for Habilitation awareness.
• Learn and perform Client Services Manager responsibilities during office launch until staffed.
• Support census growth, service coordination, staffing, and day-to-day office workflow.
• Manage the office using established workbooks, billed-hour expectations, KPIs, and operating metrics.
• Create and maintain organized processes that support quality service, compliance, and reliable experience.
• Partner with leaders to identify priorities and move the office forward.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding the future Clinical Manager, Habilitation Manager, and Client Services Manager.
• Contribute to a culture grounded in compassion, reliability, and excellence.
• Remain on call initially during launch and staffing.
