Job summary

LMR Technical Group seeks Strength & Conditioning Coaches to join our team, supporting US Army H2F initiatives across multiple locations including TX. The SCC will design, implement, and oversee strength and conditioning programs to enhance Soldier performance and reduce MSK injuries within Brigade, Battalion, and Company levels.

The role requires NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification, a bachelor’s degree, and active BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of three years SCC work experience within the last five years.
• Active NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification.
• Current BLS or CPR with AED from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a NACI (Tier 1).

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee strength and conditioning training programs for Army units.
• Ensure program quality by following Brigade Performance Director guidelines and industry standards.
• Regularly participate in meetings with the Brigade PD and H2F Performance Team to review progression.
• Document and monitor Soldier/unit progression and suggest improvements to the H2F System.
• Manage equipment operations and report deficiencies to the Brigade PD.
• Mentor and train unit fitness leaders and the H2F Integrator.
• Coordinate training events and facility scheduling in line with unit schedules.
• Develop programs compliant with FM 7-22 Holistic Health and Fitness standards.
