Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to support the US Army's H2F initiative at Fort Sill, OK. The SCC will develop, implement, and oversee strength programs across brigade levels to enhance performance and reduce injuries.

The role requires CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification, a bachelor's degree, and BLS/CPR with AED. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCA CSCC certification.
• Active BLS or CPR/AED certification.
• Travel up to 10% to support dispersed units.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer strength and conditioning programs for soldiers.
• Ensure program quality by following BDE PD guidelines and industry standards.
• Document and monitor Soldier/unit progression and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with BDE PD and H2F team for program development.
• Develop training for soldiers with physical limitations in collaboration with medical personnel.
• Manage equipment operations and report deficiencies.
• Mentor unit fitness leaders and the H2F Integrator.
• Guide injury mitigation and refer potential medical issues to healthcare services.
