PABCO Building Products LLC's Newark, CA plant is seeking a Production Operator to operate and provide basic maintenance of our machines to manufacture the finished product and maintain a clean, safe facility.

You will complete entry-level training, assist with startup and maintenance down days, operate a forklift with pre-use checks, and participate in safety meetings. The role offers shift flexibility with day, grave, and swing rotations along with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Complete entry level training on basic production skills, inspections, and equipment terminology.
• Operate forklift (pre-use inspections; switch fork types as needed).
• Assist with equipment failures and startup of production lines.
• Assist in general housekeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities
