High Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established gynecology practice in Bend, Oregon. This is a 100% gynecology, office-based role supporting a busy surgical gynecology team.

We value demonstrated gynecology experience and offer opportunities to perform colposcopy, biopsies, IUD/Nexplanon placements, and menopause management in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in Oregon or ability to obtain.
• Certification as a Women's Health PA with gynecology experience.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Colposcopy training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Well woman exams and routine gynecologic care.
• Evaluation and treatment of abnormal/irregular uterine bleeding.
• Management of PCOS and other menstrual disorders.
• Colposcopy and biopsy, including endometrial and vulvar biopsy.
• Hormone replacement therapy and menopausal symptom management.
• Contraceptive counseling and IUD/Nexplanon placement/removal.
• Evaluation and treatment of STIs.
• Pessary fitting, removal, and cleaning.
• Urinary incontinence evaluation.
• Infertility counseling.
• Minor in-office procedures (polypectomy, skin tag excision, condyloma).

High Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established gynecology practice in Bend, Oregon. This role is 100% gynecology, with no obstetrics, providing office-based evaluation and procedural care alongside our surgical gynecologists.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Physician Assistant with solid gynecology experience — a Women's Health Certification is a plus, but not required if you have equivalent hands‑on gyn experience as a PA.

Day-to-day, You'll Be Seeing Patients Independently And Managing

• Well woman exams


• Evaluation and treatment of abnormal/irregular uterine bleeding


• Management of PCOS and other menstrual disorders


• Colposcopy and biopsy, including endometrial and vulvar biopsy


• Hormone replacement therapy and menopausal symptom management


• Contraceptive counseling and management, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal


• Evaluation and treatment of STIs


• Pessary fitting, removal, and cleaning


• Urinary incontinence evaluation


• Infertility counseling

Prior experience with colposcopy and office‑based procedures is important.
