Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Gynecologist Physician to join our Pinehurst, NC women's health center, focusing on comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care and routine exams. You will work with a small team to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive setting.

You will collaborate closely with nurses and APNs, counsel patients on reproductive health, and manage about 25 visits per day. A strong bonuses/benefits package is offered with relocation and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Licensed OB/GYN physician with board certification.
• Experience in outpatient gynecology preferred.

Overview

Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of North Carolina, is looking for a Gynecologist Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Pinehurst, NC. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful.

About the Practice

The practice consists of one physician and two nurse practitioners along with an excellent support staff. This well-established practice has been serving women in the Pinehurst area for about fifteen years. There is one office location for clinic and major GYN surgeries are performed at FirstHealth Regional Hospital, though most cases can be performed in the office or at a nearby outpatient surgery center. This is a great opportunity for an experienced gynecologist or an OB/GYN physician who would like to focus the rest of their career on only gynecology and would love to work in a beautiful area with a great work/life balance.

Practice/Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensive and mostly outpatient gynecologic care.
• Perform routine patient examinations and treat common gynecological conditions.
• Collaborate with nurses, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals in the treatment of patients.
• Counsel patients regarding reproductive and sexual health and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Patient clinic census is about 25 per day.
• Strong payor mix of patients with many new referrals consistently sent to the practice.
• Great work/life balance and phone-based call schedule rotation
• Bonus and production-based income available
• Relocation expenses and other profit-sharing opportunities within the practice including non-insurance reimbursed procedures, partnership in the practice and/or in the outpatient surgery center.
• $30K sign-on bonus and $30 retention bonus paid within the first year
