Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a facility in northwestern Oregon to fill a Gynecologic Oncology Physician Assistant locum position. The role entails outpatient clinic and operating room duties, with 4 days per week from 8am to 5pm, including 1–2 OR days and 2–3 clinic days weekly, plus call shifts.

The candidate should be board certified in gynecologic oncology; benefits include travel and lodging coordination, and Malpractice coverage through Medicus.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight for gynecologic oncology chemotherapy patients and triage of patient concerns.
• Review lab and imaging results; clear labs and EKGs for surgery.
• Inpatient consults and rounding; work in outpatient clinic and OR.
• Shift schedule: 4 days per week, 8:00–17:00; 1–2 OR days and 2–3 clinic days per week.
