Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a BE/BC physician fellowship-trained in gynecologic oncology to lead and expand a community-based program in the Chicago northwest suburbs. The role includes access to cutting-edge minimally invasive and radical surgery, chemotherapy, clinical trials, survivorship, sexual health and lifestyle clinics.

Ideal candidates have advanced laparoscopic/robotic skills and a strong interest in clinical research and outcomes-based studies, with hospital privileges at NM Huntley

Qualifications

• BE/BC physician fellowship trained in gynecologic oncology.
• Interest in expanding a community-based program.
• Advanced laparoscopic/robotic skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary GYO team with medical/ radiation oncology, pathology and surgical colleagues.
• Provide gynecologic oncology surgical and medical care.
• Participate in clinical trials through pharma and cooperative groups; contribute to outcomes research.
• Assist in program development and community outreach at NM Huntley and NM McHenry Hospitals.
