Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in metro Atlanta is seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist for a full-time position. The role focuses on referral to radiation oncology, MIS advancement, and chemotherapy prescription for gynecologic malignancies within a collaborative team.

Board-certified or eligible in gynecologic oncology with robotic MIS training is required, along with a commitment to high-quality patient care and a pathway to shareholder status within TSPMG.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in gynecologic oncology.
• Training and experience in minimally invasive/robotic gynecologic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Refers patients to radiation oncology and infusion center and prescribes chemotherapy to patients with gynecologic malignancies.
• Assists with advancing the MIS skills for other surgeons in the department.
• Surgically assists in the management of patients in the department of Ob/Gyn with benign complex conditions.
• Collaborate with genetic counselors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO

• Board certified or board eligible in gynecologic oncology

• Must be trained in minimally invasive surgery (robotic surgery)
