Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join a growing practice in Gainesville/Braselton, GA. The role emphasizes general radiation oncology with opportunities in gynecologic brachytherapy and HDR prostate, within a large, multidisciplinary referral network.

Join five experienced Radiation Oncologists and work in a high-volume setting with an 8am-5pm schedule, EPIC EMR, and a teaching hospital environment. Georgia licensure and board eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
• Must be able to obtain an active medical license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology care with focus on gynecologic brachytherapy.
• Deliver HDR brachytherapy for gynecologic cancer and other sites as needed.
• Collaborate with a large referral network and multidisciplinary teams.

Education, Training, & Experience

MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology

Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia

Desire to be part of a growing and high-volume Radiation Oncology practice.

Gynecologic Brachytherapy experience and interest is needed for this opportunity.

Located on the campuses of Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) in Gainesville and Braselton, GA

Primary Outpatient Clinic and Hospital are in Gainesville, GA (45 mins NE of Atlanta).

Additional offices in Braselton, GA and Toccoa, GA.

8am-5pm Monday - Friday.
