Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms, record vital signs and input health information into the EMR.
• Respond to patient concerns and coordinate referrals/pre-authorizations for tests.
• Follow protocols for specimen handling and universal precautions.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies; assist with front-end tasks to support revenue cycle metrics.
