Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN.
• Current and unrestricted DEA certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GYN-only care within a team-based practice.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, NPs, and CNMs to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in patient education and preventive women's health services.
