Job summary

The Little Gym of Northeast Orlando is seeking an energetic instructor to introduce kids to the joy of education through movement and our unique curriculum. You’ll lead classes, engage families, and foster a high-energy, supportive learning space where children thrive.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for working with children, a positive presence, and the ability to stay organized while keeping activities fun and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or working with children is helpful.
• Backgrounds in child development, PE, or gymnastics are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – ever week.
• Your day will involve active movement and activity tracking; you’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while working.
